Hey guys!

Just wanted to update everyone on here what's been going on. :)

Main Menu Design

First things first, the main menu has been made for the final game- I will say- it's super simple but it feels right. I tried to do an animated menu, a moving menu, all this other stuff- but this one just stuck.

I really like the design, it's a flower crown of snowdrops which is quite significant to the characters in the game. 

Backgrounds

Moving on, I've been working on backgrounds as well. I'm redesigning all of them. So far, I estimated about having 22 different backgrounds in the game and only completed 2 of them so far lol. So a lot of work is ahead of me! The pre-existing backgrounds from chapter one will be redesigned so I can add even more easter eggs, so look out for that in the future!

Script Writing

So far, I only have 25,000 words out of the 60,000 words I expect to write. I'm having trouble writing right now just because there is SO MANY scenes I have planned and it's daunting to get started lol but I expect to finish this by the end of next month.

Music

Right now, I have an amazing artist working on the ost for the game- ofc you guys won't be able to hear it until I finish the game. Still, this is so exciting!

Sprites and CGs

So I have about 1ish/14ish sprites done for the game? Yipee, not a lot of progress but still some to be celebrated. As for CGs, I'm waiting till the script is done of course to draw those out.

So far, those are all the updates I have- this is very exciting and I'm hoping to be done with everything before the summer of next year- so keep your eyes peeled. :)
